Comments

-Warewashing sinks have been cleaned. Ensure sinks are maintained in a sanitary condition. -Quats sanitizer present at 200ppm in all in use sanitizer containers. Ecolab serviced dispenser to increase concentration slightly. Ensure solution is tested to verify concentration is at 200ppm and solution replaced according to sanitation procedures. -Manager has reviewed procedures with staff. -Reviewed temperature records. Readings appear accurate.
