2) Paper towel dispenser in employee washroom is broken (fell off from wall mount)
3) Faucet at the 2-compartment sink is leaking water
Corrective Action(s): Repair and restore both sinks and re-mount the paper towel dispenser in the washroom. Reinspection scheduled for 1 month to confirm completion of repairs.

- Hot-holding temperatures unit is currently at ~95 degrees F.
*Ensure pizza slices are dispensed within 4 hours of cooking, as the holding temperature is not sufficient to extend holding-time (ie. 140 F minimum temp required for holding food longer than 4 hrs).
- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration
- High-temp dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of ≥71o Celsius (72.3 C)
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
