Follow up inspection to the correction order

Entire dry storage room and the floors in kitchen and dishwasher areas have been cleaned. Dry storage area floor has been painted. Pest control inspection report received.

- The pest control provider has sealed one large opening from the crawl space
- A number of rodent traps in place

The Correction Order dated Feb 4, 2019 is now rescinded.

No rodent droppings seen in dry storage room. However the following items still need to be addressed:

1. Clean build up of dust and dirt underneath the hand sink - date to be corrected: Feb 8, 2019
2. Clean the compressor and its hoses next to the prep cooler - date to be corrected: Feb 8, 2019
3. Move storage shelf in the servery area and clean floor underneath - date to be corrected: Feb 8, 2019
4. Replace the MDF wooden shelves with non-absorbent and easily cleanable shelving. Seal any gaps between shelf boards and the rack frame. Remove all flour build-up from shelves
5. Clean underneath the hot holding unit and under the floor-wall corner underneath the ovens. Clean the legs of all cooking equipment.
6. The premises must be monitored for pest activity every 2 days.
7. Please continue to forward pest control inspection reports
8. Seal/patch two round holes under the bar sink
9. All food items must be kept covered in bins with tight-fitting lids.
