Routine inspection - Hand washing sinks maintained. Hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff hand washing observed at the time of inspection. - Coolers measured at or below 4C. freezers measured at -18C or colder. Walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C. Thermometer noted in the unit. - Hot holding units measured at or above 60C. Probe thermometer available and temperature recorded. - QUAT 200-400ppm available in sani buckets and wiping cloths stored in the solution. - 3- comp sink maintained. Sanitizer dispenser working properly. Implements stored in sanitary condition. - General sanitation is overall good. Floor noted clean and free of build ups and grease. - No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
