Observation: * Tile floor in kitchen under dish washing area are missing and require replacement/repair there. Also, sealant on floor in walk-in cooler has worn off and floors making it difficult to clean/maintain
Corrective Action(s): * Repair/replace tile under dish washing area counter where missing for proper maintenance and sanitation. Also, reseal walk-in cooler floor as the sealant has worn off.

* Dishwasher in kitchen and glass washer in bar had final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface internally
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Hot-holding units were 60'C/140'F or colder
* Food was covered and dated in storage
* Sanitizer was set up once inspection began and was found to be at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration. Note: ensure staff have sanitizer ready/available and in place at all time during operation. Ensure wiping rags kept in sanitizer between use.
* Monitoring records were available and up to date overall
* Hand washing stations had liquid soap and paper towels available
* Follow up inspection to be done November 3, 2016 for cleaning portion
