- hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- Stand up freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- pizza slice hot holding ambient air temperature at 56 degree Celsius however slices are discarded after 45 minutes
- 100 ppm Cl solution for wiping cloths prepared during the inspection.
- general sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection
- no pest activity noted at the time of inspection
