Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # VCHN-BMRPYZ of Mar-16-2020 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: At the time of inspection no liquid soap available for use at the front designated hand sink. Correction: In the interim staff must wash hands at the 3 compartment sink which is provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Ensure the front designated hand sink is provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Correct immediately. Reminder that the use of single use gloves does not mean proper hand washing is with liquid soap and drying with single use towels is not required. Note: dispose of single use gloves after use.

Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BMRPYZ: 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use in spray bottle. Liquid soap now provided at front designated hand sink. Exhaust canopy cleaning still pending.
