Observation: * Storage areas and food contact surfaces no longer meet regulations as business has expanded and storage facilities are past their capacity; food contact surfaces are limited too and storage shelving has deteriorated; also, some more recent changes/renovations were made without health approval and inadequate food equipment available(eg. one prep sink was removed, etc)
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure proposed changes/renovations are health approved prior to changes; operator submitted renovation plans and these were approved in May 2019 and must be completed as current layout not sufficient to support menu/food production/storage capacity
