Sanitizer for dining tables is only soap and water
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all kitchen counters, stove counters immediately

Your bleach sanitizer solutions must be made first thing in the morning. Keep all wiping towels in the bucket sanitizer when not in use

-Kitchen handsink next to stove again has the hose attached to it for cleaning purposes -this is a repeat infraction from inspection report on June 9, 2017
-Dishwash handsink has no paper towels and no soap available
Corrective Action(s): Repeat infractions -Correction Order issued

-DO NOT USE THE HANDSINK for the hose -use your utility sinks for this purpose
-Maintain all handsinks with an adequate supply of paper towels, soap and clear for use
