All coolers were < 4 C All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records were up to date. Chlorine sanitizer buckets were tested at 100 ppm. Quats sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink was at 200 ppm. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
