Follow-up inspection to inspection conducted on Oct 1, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B55R42). - Facility not in operation at time of inspection - Rodent droppings from previous inspection (behind the beverage machine) have been removed. No new rodent droppings observed on premise. - Mechanical traps located behind front service counter and to the side of the beverage machine did not contain any rodents at time of inspection Thank you for your co-operation. Please ensure that you continue monitoring for rodent activity. As stated, it would be prudent to install a door sweep at the entrance doors as there is a small gap under the entrance door with the "no smoking" sign.
