- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations are stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Ensure to follow the proper manual dishwashing procedure: 1) wash 2) rinse 3) sanitize (min 100 ppm chlorine at 24C) 4) air dry
- Surface sanitizer was available in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine solution. Each station is stocked with surface sanitizer and clean wiping cloth. Ensure to change the solution regularly to prevent loss of strength.
- Dry storage area is good. Dry food items stored in bins with pest proof lids. Scoops stored outside the bins.
- No signs of pest activities at the time of inspection.
