All areas of the facility were reviewed for compliance.

Contraventions
Previous Inspection -
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice except for those noted on supplementary pages.

Observed Violations
HYGIENE AND COMMUNICABLE DISEASE: 15030 - CCLR s.46(1) - A licensee must establish a program to instruct children in, and to practise the rules of, health and hygiene.
Observation: Licensing observed that the children did not wash hands prior to eating snack. The children had previously been having free play time. In discussion with the Licensee it was stated that generally snack follows outdoor play in which hands are washed when coming inside. Today was a busy day and was forgotten but children did wash hands after snack and before playing with toys again.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that children are instructed in a hygiene program which is practiced regularly.
