- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Walk-in cooler at < or = 4C
- Chest freezer at < or = -18C
- Hot holding unit was not in use during inspection. Ensure it is able to maintain 60C or more.
- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 73.4C at the plate level.
- Two compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottle
- Dry storage is well-maintained
- Ice machine is well-maintained. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection

*Ensure frozen foods are thawed under cold running water. The frozen food should be submerged in the cold water. Alternatively, allow thawing to occur in the walk-in cooler.
