Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): AGAIN observed reused wet wiping towels left on counters after usage -this is a reoccuring infraction cited also on the following past routine inspections:
-September 10, 2018
-November 21, 2017

Wet wiping towels are a breeding ground for bacteria
Corrective Action(s): Correction Order as attached -final warning until ticketing occurs

Maintain the towels in sanitizer solution at >200ppm concentration otherwise only use paper towels with your sanitizer spray bottle
