Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions taken: - Ceiling tiles which were missing over dishwashing area have been replaced - Cleaning has been completed in areas noted on routine inspection report. Ensure these areas are cleaned regularly so that sanitation is maintained. Pending item to be addressed: - Code 308: Back undercounter cooler has not been repaired. Cooler is not in use. Food items are being stored in walk-in cooler. Adequate space within walk-in cooler at time of inspection. Manager reported that Operator is proposing to remove back cooler and replace with prep table instead. Premises is to be maintained according to approved plans which includes equipment. Prior to making any alterations to layout or equipment, submit layout plan showing proposed change to EHO for review and approval in advance.
