Comments

Follow-up inspection to previous inspection conducted on Sep 25, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B4XQYJ).
- D10 Detergent Sanitizer dispenser has been fixed and releases approximately 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compound at time of inspection
- Ensure that you regularly test at the beginning of the day to ensure that the sanitizer is dispensing at this level. Begin maintaining sanitizer logs as previously discussed on your temperature log sheet
- Temperature logs not up-to-date. Logs were last updated on Sep 28, 2018 but no log has been created for October yet. Create a log sheet for October and log your temperatures each day
- Rodent mechanical traps present armed with snap traps (in corner of establishment near back receiving entrance) . Trap in dry storage room still does not have an adhesive inside. Contact professional pest control company to replace or arm the mechanical trap inside the dry storage room.

Thank you for your co-operation. Report sent to school via mail.
