Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bag of cheesy bread (best before: Mar 2) stored at room temperature had a mold growth. Picture taken. Discarded. Two bags of cheesy breads received earlier than this particular bag were also discarded.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have these breads stored in cooler until further notice as discussed at this time.

New labels on order still have not been delivered to the facility. Operator showed the order sheet as a proof. To be delivered within the next 4-5 days according to the tracking information. OK.

Cheesy breads received today, with best before date stamped as March 6 were moved to the cooler at this time.
Different shapes of cheesy breads also stored in the front display cooler. Pictures taken.

Ensure all cheesy breads are stored in cooler until further notice.
