Generally well maintained and operated. Sanitation is good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. No hot-holding at time of inspection. Dishwasher final rinse residual measures 50 ppm Cl. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. Premises is in partial compliance with the Transfat regulation. Outstanding Health Act permit fee letter dated June 20, 2016 delivered today.
