Routine inspection: - 2 food handlers available on site and both have their FS Level 1 training Daily temperature logs are available on site Pest control - available Low temperature dishwasher - supplied with chlorine and measured at 100ppm / at the plate surface Glass washer - at the font not in use during inspection/ use Iodine and test kit is available for daily monitoring Quat used as approved sanitizer at the 2 compartment sink/ measured at 200ppm in the spray bottle. Garbage area - clean and well maintained Recommendation: please clean the ceiling area around the vents in the cooking area/ observed some dust accumulation.
