Observation: Cooked rice was removed from behind cooking units. Area observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure all hard to reach areas are cleaned regularly to remove food debris and prevent build up of foods which can attract pests. Clutter in back area was moved to ensure area is easier to clean and does not attract pest harborage.
