Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (1) Meat slicer used last night and cleaned after appears to have meat debris under blade and platform still. Removable parts were taken apart. Repeat. 2) Ice machine has heavy mildew inside. )

Ice machine has been professionally cleaned, no more water leaking from ice machine.
->Floor tile under ice machine will need to be changed by next routine inspection.
Cleaning under cooking area has been improved.
Undercounter cooler temperature has been adjusted but the right side is still reading 5.6C and left side is reading 3.8C.
->Owner needs to repair/replace the cooler properly so it can store food at 4C or colder. Operator is still storing items on the left side only.
Water is still dripping from ice bin the bar.
->A different material should be used to seal the sink or replace the sink altogether as there is still fruit fly activity and standing water contributes to pest harbourage.
Pest control report reviewed onsite.
-> Permit is still missing, owner needs to contact the Health Unit to replace the Health Permit asap.

Restaurant must complete all pending infractions by second follow up inspection.
