Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle registered at > 400 ppm Quats. For food contact surfaces, a Quats solution should be maintained at approximately 200 ppm.

Note: The digital display for the high temperature dishwasher is not working properly. Recommend purchasing a max hold thermometer for checking the dishwasher temperatures prior to usage to ensure that a final rinse temperature of 180F/ 82 C is achieved.

-Kitchen not in operation during the inspection.
Two door refrigerator was < 4 C
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests. Pest control comes on site regularly.
The dishwasher reached 73 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
