Hand wash station in kitchen supplied with soap and paper towels in dispenser. Other hand sinks including staff washroom and public washroom adequately supplied. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Recommend repairing door sweep (some minor light showing through) and setting metal box traps at back door for prevention. Dishwasher high temp >71C. Glass washer 100ppm Cl. Sanitizer 400-500ppm QUAT. Fridge, coolers <4C. Hot holding >60C. Recommend probe thermometer for cooking meats. Freezers -18C Kitchen generally organized and acceptable.
