Reduce menu to items that can be kept in the 4 tray hot holding unit, and the rice cookers. If more food items are to be served onsite, purchase addition hot holding units.

Noted during inspection not all food is being prepared by T & T, foods are being made on site in the morning. Cooler space and prep area is limited, if wish to make foods onsite must up date foodsafety plan and provide to health department for review and approval.
