Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-D3AT96 of Mar-12-2024
Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: The sanitizer spray bottle had a broken top so the sanitizer wasn't being dispensed properly. Business has a new sanitizer for cleaning the slicer which uses chlorine and not Quats. There was no detectable chlorine in the sanitzer spray bottle meant for the slicer.
Correction: Replace the broken sanitizer bottle with a new one. All staff must be trained on how to prepare the chlorine sanitizer solution.

Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-D3AT96 of Mar-12-2024
Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: There's no soap dispenser at the 3-compartment sink. The hand sink is too far away for it to be used for handwashing when staff are preparing foods in the back. There must be soap and single use towels available at the 3-compartment sink for handwashing purposes.
Correction: Provide soap in a dispenser at the 3-compartment sink.
