Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer and other freezers were at or below -18 deg C.
Front service soft ice cream machine and other line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for beef patties, bacon, etc. was at or above 60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Pest control monitoring in place. No pest issues noted.
All food and food related items were stored off the floor in cabinets.
Staff and patrons' washrooms were in sanitary condition and provided with liquid soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
Staff wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
-Inform night cleaners to pay attention to grout between tiles in the kitchen as some are darker than others.
