Follow up inspection to MTRG-B6YTZJ. The following issues have been corrected before or by this inspection. - Dishwasher now dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual at final rinse (Service tech informed there was air in the sanitizer line) - The following entry points within kitchen premises and linen closets have been sealed - Slight moderate debris accumulation has been removed on centre island where spices are stored - 5 gallon buckets kept on-site that are not used and unnecessary have been removed The following still requires your attention. Rodent droppings observed in the following areas: 1. by sink cabinet at handwashing station 2. in corners of facility 3. underneath pop syrups in new bar area 4. on chair covers and cardboard boxes in linen closet - Staff and operator must remove all droppings, clean and sanitize all affected areas - Pull out all equipment, utensils to access areas near wall - Remove and dispose of any unnecessary items - Sink cabinet beside kitchen handwashing station needs entry point sealed and all droppings removed - Metal slats on commercial canopy still require cleaning - Foodsafe Level 1 certification still required for operator and staff
