Routine inspection conducted and following were observed:
- Handsinks in food prep area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk in cooler, front sandwich prep cooler and undercounter cooler are all measured at less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is measured at -20C
- Hot holding unit for soups is measured at greater than 60C
- Three compartment sink sanitizer is measured at 200ppm quats dispenser
- Food contact surface sanitizer is measured at 200ppm quats. Test strips are available.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
