Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some perishable food items (cheese, bacon) were stored at approximately 8.4°C at the right-most line cooler (top section only)
Corrective Action(s): Operator moved the perishable food items to another cooler capable of maintaining 4°C. A technician was called during the inspection to service the cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several buckets and spray bottles of Quat sanitizer measured less than 50 ppm.
