Hand wash sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Coolers <4C.
Line cooler top and bottom <4C.
Warming unit was not on and not available at the time of inspection. Please monitor this with thermometers and ensure it is hot holding at 60C when in use.
Baked items on display are covered, protected in case.
Dishwasher chlorine sanitizer >50ppm chlorine (200ppm or higher).
Sanitizer not available at the time of inspection as there was no active food prep at the time.
Bleach is readily available and operator indicated he is aware to sanitize.
Cut potatoes and cooked eggs are cooled in buckets in cold water, later to be placed in cooler.
All items in the cooler are covered and protected from contamination, thank you.
Cooler is well organized.
Sausages out left to thaw - please ensure these are thawed in cooler. Operator placed in cooler when prompted, thank you.
Prep tables appear to be clean.
Washrooms appear clean and well supplied for hand hygiene.
Grills, ventilation hoods and other hard to reach areas appear clean and free of grease.
Dry storage area is well organized and all items are protected from contamination.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Thank you for changing the light bulbs - all now shatter proof.
