This inspection done by an EHO student.

Comments
- Handsinks supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. Ensure towels are in the dispenser.
- Sanitizing solution available in 3 compartment sink. 100 - 200ppm chlorine detected.
- Sanitizer buckets containing wiping cloths all measured 200ppm chlorine.
- Walk-in cooler: 2 deg.C
- Prep cooler: 3 deg.C undercounter, 2 deg.C inserts.
- Beverage cooler: 4 deg.C
- Hot held items: 72 deg.C, 79 deg.C, 74 deg.C, 80 deg.C
- Ice machine appeared clean
- Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner
- Tongs and serving utensils kept on ice.
- Temperature logs maintained.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Pest control on site weekly.
Storage room:
- Chest freezers (x3): -21 deg.C, -18 deg.C, -19 deg.C
- Dry storage off the floor (> 15cm)
- No signs of pests in storage room.

COVID-19 control measures
