Bleach spray bottle was too strong. Diluted to 200ppm. Use 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per 1L of water (100-200ppm)
All coolers were 4C or colder (except pop cooler - 8C. Do not store any perishable foods in this cooler)
Freezers were less than -18C
Hot holding was above 60C
Handsinks supplied with soap and paper towel
dishwasher final rinse measured 50ppm chlorine
general sanitation is adequate
please ensure bleach sanitizer is used frequently on prep counters and cooler line cutting boards.
