Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer QUAT, measured around 50-100ppm from spray bottles. QUAT sanitizer from dispenser back kitchen measured around 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Change dilution so that QUAT is around 200ppm. Follow manufacture label for dilution.
New sanitizer (bleach and water) in spray bottle was made for kitchen, tested with test strip around 200ppm.

1. under dishwasher area
