No leftover food in cans were stored in the refrigerators
No food being stored on the ground at time of inspection
Operator will be obtaining rice bowl with handle to dispense the rice so that only the handle is exposed to food handler
Mice droppings between fridges were removed but the ones behind the fridges still needs to be removed.
- operator shall be cleaning and sanitizing the noted areas while he defrosts the stand up freezer
