Floor covering needs to be replaced by July 2019.
Replace the missing and broken ceiling light covers.
The practice of rinsing dirty hands in a bucket of water is not recommended. Over time it can become a source of contaminated if staff forgets to change it.
General sanitation is good.
The temperature record sheets were not available today. Please email the sheets for the last week of November and first week of December to me.
