- sandwich prep cooler at 1-2 deg C (ambient temp)
- fridge cooler at 3 deg C (ambient)/ top freezer at -18 deg C
- front counter display cooler at 1-2 deg C (ambient temp)
- walk-in cooler at 0-1 deg C (ambient temp)
