Observation: Mouse droppings found underneath the 2-door fridge in the kitchen, underneath equipment and on some shelves.
Corrective Action(s): Clean today with a bleach solution. The last time a pest control company was on site was in June, 2017. Have a pest control company come on site again today and provide the invoice.

Observation: Ensure that the back door does not have any open spaces to prevent the entry of pests.

Observation: Major cleaning needed throughout the kitchen, including, but not limited to: The shelving, lids of some containers, old dishes, the floor, the fume hood.
Corrective Action(s): Today. Cleaning had started while the inspector was on site.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: The dishwasher is not working. A repairman has been called for the dishwasher and the owner states that they will be onsite today.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed manual dishwashing in the 2-compartment sink with a bleach solution.

Observation: Many items on site are not used for the current food service establishment operations, such as old plates, old equipment, boxes etc.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all of these items today.

As per Fraser Health's Progressive Enforcement policy, failure to take action TODAY will result in enforcement action taken, including but not limited to the issuance of a Closure Order and Violation tickets.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were< -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
