Previous infractions corrected: 1. Cleaning in dessert fridge, storage areas and under grill complete. Ceiling has been clean. Main hood vent area will be cleaned when kitchen is closed at night. 2. Food protected from contamination with food grade lids and covers. Still waiting on parts for light covers in walk in cooler and above sauce station. Information and education on food safety plan and Health Canada product labelling requirement given. Ensure to submit product label and food safety plan for approval by health unit before sale to local retail stores.
