Obtain chlorine test strips/papers for testing your bleach water sanitizer. Common brands are LaMotte or Hubert. Ensure that test strips are intended for sanitizer strength chlorine - most measure 10, 50, 100 and 200 ppm. Pool test strips ore quaternary (quats) sanitizer test strips will not work. If you are doubtful of which strips to order feel free to call or email for assistance. Dishwasher reached 78.8 Degrees Celsius at plate level. Good. Ice machine is clean. Bleach sanitizer was 200 ppm. Fridges all < 4 Degrees Celsius. Hand sinks are stocked, working. Hand blender stored in ice water. Premise is approved for owner ship change. Permit fee is $100 for remainder of year (till March 31) Can be paid with cheque or by credit card by calling our billing dept. at 604 - 918 - 7507.
