Slicer and can opener required some cleaning at time of inspection. Staff completed during visit. Ensure slicer is cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours if used.
New shelving is made of bare wood - required painting or sealing
Ensure all food items are covered with a tight fitting lid in coolers
Dishwasher logs and temperature logs could not be located at time of inspection - ensure these are maintained daily and available for inspection at all times.
