Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several cream-filled pastry items such as cannoli and cakes were probed at 9C in the front display case.
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods were relocated from front display case to back cooler below 4C.

Observation: Observed several bags of open bulk food e.g. flour, sugar and a box of frozen bread stored on floor of walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): All bulk foods should be stored in bulk containers when opened to prevent pest attraction. Store all food off the ground.

Observation: Fruit flies noted in the back area where yeast, margarine and open bags of flour were stored. Back door left open (deli side).
Corrective Action(s): Refer to comment on code 209 and ensure to keep sanitation. Keep all back doors closed when not in use.
