Follow up inspection. Corrections completed: Required cleaning completed. Front cooler and storage units old food stains cleaned. Labelling of chemical contents such as bleach sanitizer in place - good. Owner and staff on site are certified with FoodSafe Level 1. Owner will ensure new staff will be trained in FoodSafe Level 1 to work on site alone. Bleach sanitizer 200 ppm in use with test strips. 3 compartment sink with QUAT sanitizer at 200 ppm in use. Outstanding item: Pending is chlorine solution for dishwasher unit. Supply will arrive next week indicated by operator. In the mean time, use 3 compartment sink method using wash, rinse and sanitize.
