Premise is sanitary.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available in main kitchen.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing.
Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source.

Pop and ice machine is sanitary.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
3-compartment sink in use. Quat sanitizer in use at 400 ppm for food contact surface sanitization.
Hydrogen peroxide disinfectant and other cleaning chemicals are properly labelled and stored in a safe manner.

Holding units:
Coolers at 4C and below. Walk in freezer at -17.5C. Hot holding unit at 63C to 83C.
Fresh condiments at service cooler are date stamped and used up during the shift.
In walk in cooler flats of pop are stored on different and separate shelving than the raw chicken to prevent cross contamination - good.

Facility is still missing Health Permit. Request for Replacement of Health Permit form issued to manager.
Recommendation: Have Fraser Health billing mail the permit directly to the store by calling them in the number provided.
