Observation: General sanitiation requires improvement in the following areas:
- hot pie station/shelf had crumbs and oily residue
- deep fryer hood canopy has grease buildup
- dry storage area under racking debris
- McCafe area
Corrective Action(s): - pie station was cleaned during inspection. Arrange cleaning for other areas and maitnain sanitiation. Note: raising the bottom rack shelf 6 inches off the ground will make cleaning these areas easier in dry storage areas.

- condiments are time tracked (held for 2 hours maximum) at room temperature, ensure time coding clock is verified regularly because time was incorrect at time of inspection.
- dishwasher final rinse measure 100ppm chlorine at utensil surface
- hand sink maintained with liquid soap and paper towels
- cloth bucket measured at 100ppm chlorine
