Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Korean noodle sausage with a 0900am time stamp (4hours) was at 37C. Cooked chicken 1000am time stamp (3 hours) was at 40C and 1100am time stamp (2 hours) was at 54C.
Corrective Action(s): Hot potentially hazardous foods must be stored at or above 60C to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. If foods are stored between 4C to 60C and are time stamped, food items can be stored for up to 2 hours. Nine packages of noodle sausage and five packages of chicken were discarded at the time of inspection. Chicken from 1100am was reheated at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to February 25, 2022.
-Facility must maintain hot foods at or above 60C or time stamped foods must be discarded after 2 hours of storage at 4C to 60C. Foods made on-site can be reheated once, but records must be maintained.
-Continued non-compliance with the Food Premises Regulation may result in the issuance of violation tickets and/or Orders.
