Follow up inspection: -Upright cooler had been re-serviced today. -Upright cooler was at 4 degrees C or less (measured at 3.1 degrees C near the top shelf, and 3.6 degrees C at the lower shelf of the cooler). -Upright cooler was equipped with two thermometers.
