Routine inspection
- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- walk in cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- dishwasher final rinse temperature at 71 degree Celsius at the dish surface
- all produce is purchased from Neufeld Farms. Carrots, beans, cucumbers, garlic, onions bell peppers, beets, dill weed.
- Five finished pickled products produced
- produce washed on site
- operator to confirm jars are pre- washed and sanitized
- operator will email pH test results
- operator will email copies of the labels
- bleach is used for sanitizing. Ensure Cl concentration is 100 ppm
- ensure jars are boiled for 15 minutes
- recall program in place according to the operator by expiry date
