- Operator has decided not to fix warming unit at this time. All potentially hazardous food items (individual dips for the pretzels) such as the cheese sauce and the pizza sauce must be stored in the cooler at 4C or below at all times prior to serving to customers. If, potentially hazardous dips are found to be between 4C and 60C a violation ticket may be issued. You may provide one dip of each sauce for display purposes only.
