Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # CPAK-C5QSYM of Aug-09-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: No handwashing station available for front coffee/packaging area. Correction: Coffee service should be discontinued immediately. All baked goods to be packed in the production area as discussed prior to and during the initial inspection.

Facility is not providing coffee/dine-in services at this time. All baked goods are packed in the manufacturing area for now. - Updated floorplan submitted. - Application form for a service change provided. Operator to confirm with strata with regards to the addition of the sink in the facility. Sink to be connected to existing plumbing. Operator to contact the health inspector when the facility is properly equipped to start coffee/dine-in/packing services from the front retail area. Correction Order issued on Aug 9 is still in effect. Food safety plan and Sanitation plan for front packing/coffee service still pending.
